Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, email address, Philippine mobile number, username, password, and date of birth. After submitting, you'll receive an OTP on your mobile number to verify your account. Once verified, your nwrplay account is active and ready to use.

Yes. You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on nwrplay. This applies to all game types — sports betting, live casino, slots, eBingo, and poker. nwrplay enforces age verification during registration and may request government-issued ID at any time.

No. Each player is allowed only one nwrplay account. Duplicate accounts are a breach of the Terms and Conditions and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts. If you accidentally create a second account, contact support through live chat immediately.

Accepted government-issued IDs include Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys ID, and driver's licence. For proof of address, a recent utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate is accepted. Documents should be clear, readable, and not expired.

Deposits & Withdrawals

nwrplay accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer. All transactions are in Philippine Peso (PHP). Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods on nwrplay.

GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your nwrplay account within minutes. Philippine bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing time. If your deposit hasn't appeared after a reasonable wait, contact support via live chat with your transaction reference number.

Go to the Withdrawal section in your nwrplay account, choose your preferred method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals require a verified account — if your KYC documents haven't been submitted yet, you'll need to complete that step first. Processing times vary by method.

nwrplay does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Always check your payment provider's terms if you're unsure about charges on their end.

Yes. nwrplay offers live in-play betting on supported events. Odds are updated in real time as the game progresses. Available in-play markets depend on the event. You can access live betting from the Sports section after logging in.

Log in and go to your account's Bet History section. You'll find a full record of all bets placed, including event details, stake amount in PHP, odds, and settlement status. Bet history is updated in real time after each event result.

Bets are generally final once confirmed. In most cases, placed bets cannot be cancelled or changed after submission. Some markets may offer a cash-out option before an event ends — if available, this will be visible on your open bets. Check the Bet section for details on available cash-out markets.
