nwrplay Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippines Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the nwrplay platform — whether through the website at nwrplay.app, the nwrplay mobile app, or any other nwrplay interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the nwrplay platform. Creating an account or placing a bet constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the nwrplay platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered members, and players actively using any product on the platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

3 Account Responsibilities

Each person may hold only one account on nwrplay. If you discover that you have inadvertently created more than one account, you must contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your nwrplay account. This includes:

• Keeping your password and login credentials confidential and not sharing them with any other person.
• Ensuring that no unauthorised person — including minors — has access to your account or device while you are logged in.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Notifying nwrplay immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

nwrplay uses OTP verification, SSL encryption, and optional biometric login on mobile to help secure your account. However, these security measures do not reduce your personal responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on nwrplay are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). nwrplay does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer. nwrplay does not accept credit card payments or cryptocurrency for deposits or withdrawals.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If nwrplay determines that a deposit originated from a third-party source, the funds may be withheld pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received. Processing times vary depending on the payment method and may be subject to additional verification requirements. nwrplay reserves the right to carry out KYC checks before releasing funds in any withdrawal.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification from nwrplay. In the event of a system error that results in an incomplete transaction, nwrplay reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to your account.

nwrplay reserves the right to void any bet or wager if there is reasonable evidence of:

• Match fixing, irregular activity, or manipulation of any sporting event.
• A palpable error in the odds or game data displayed.
• Technical failure that affected the integrity of the bet.
• Breach of any applicable betting rule by the player.

Decisions made by nwrplay regarding the settlement of bets and gaming outcomes are final, subject to the formal dispute process outlined in nwrplay's support policy.

6 Promotions and Bonuses

From time to time, nwrplay may offer promotions, bonuses, or other incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer at the time it is made available.

Where a promotion has wagering requirements or conditions attached, these must be met in full before any associated bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirements will be stated in the promotion's terms.

nwrplay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time if there is evidence of abuse, misuse, or exploitation of the offer — including the use of multiple accounts, stake manipulation, or any other strategy designed to exploit the promotion rather than engage with it in good faith.

Bonus funds and free bets have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. nwrplay does not guarantee the availability of any particular promotion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nwrplay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from reliance on inaccurate odds or data caused by a palpable error.
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where the breach was caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
